Yoga improves the mind-body-spirit connection, strengthens your core, helps you find your balance, and is essential for a serene lifestyle. I offer private lessons and studio classes. Yoga is a great way to have fun and find your inner child.

I will help you identify and break down barriers that have held you back, and together we find healthy foods that work for you even with a busy schedule. I will give you heathy meal prep ideas and help with grocery planning so that you will make lasting changes and stay accountable.

I am certified as a personal trainer with National Academy of Sports Medicine. I am offering personal training at Starke Fitness and Wellness. I can help meet your individual needs through customized workouts with resistance training and cardio health to build lean muscle mass while burning unwanted fat. Resistance training will increase energy, build lean muscle, and boost metabolism. My specialty is to combine, balance, flexibility, cardio, and strength training into one workout.
